I think the garage door to my town home had been there since it was built, so you can imagine it was on its last legs. The safety sensors needed realigning almost every week, and honestly, it was just time to bring things into the modern era.

I figured this would be a quick opener swap. Turns out it was more than that. The springs were completely shot and couldn't hold the door anymore, and the rollers weren't looking great either. Here's the thing though, a lot of techs show up only with what they think they'll need for the specific job you called about. Nate wasn't like that at all. He came prepared for whatever he might run into, and he was upfront with me every step of the way. No "let me run out and grab a part real quick" that you hear about with other companies.

The job ended up taking longer than either of us expected once we found the springs and rollers issues, but Nate handled it all like a pro without missing a beat and did a genuinely great job.

If the quality of work and level of service are anything to go by, this company earned its name. Solid Choice is exactly that. I couldn't recommend them more.
